Capability
An i2i patent: runs like an industry foam or poly pig, inspects like a smart pig. The foam body dampens signal, so data quality is exceptionally good.
- Made to any size very quickly, from 8 inch (203 mm) up to 90 inch.
- Odometer, IMU and caliper function in an all-in-one design.
- Dual density foam passes 40% ID restrictions; only 7 psi differential to pig the tool.
- Electronic units swap between different foam bodies after each run.
- Deliverable includes full internal inspection for metal loss, deposit profiling and route mapping.
